Why my ZTE device is Heating Up While Using or Charging

Phone overheating happens due to one (or more) of these causes:

Overusing the phone.
The phone display brightness is set too high.
Exposed to direct sunlight or a hot environment.
Running too many apps at the same time.
Playing games for a prolonged duration.
Overcharging the phone.
Poor charging cable or adapter.
Connected to Bluetooth devices for too long.
