What is warranty policy for the ZTE Devices?

     Warranty Notice
     The Warranty Policy is only applicable to products purchased by you   directly from the following address: www.ztedevices.com(“ZTE”). If you   purchase products through offline channels or other channels, please contact   the final vendor who sells the products to you. 
     
     ZTE's local subsidiaries or service center shall not be liable for the   warranty of products purchased on www.ztedevices.com(“ZTE”).
     
     Before you deliver your product to ZTE or an Authorized Service Center for   maintenance/repair under this Warranty, you have to backup and delete all the   personal information and data (such as phone numbers, texts, pictures, etc.)   that you have stored.
     
     What is covered by this Warranty?
     1 The product which purchased online are free from defects in materials and   workmanship by ZTE Authorized Service Centers under normal use and use in   accordance with the respective User guide, during the warranty period.
     2 Consumer law in some countries does not allow limitations on the warranty   period or on the type of parts covered by a warranty. The warranty period of   ZTE does not exceed the maximum warranty period of the local legal   policy.
      3 The repair or replacement of a   defective product during the warranty period will not be charged to the   consumer (for parts, labour or otherwise). All defective products, parts,   signs or equipment shall become the property of ZTE.
     4 A valid proof of purchase with the date needs to be kept and required to   present when claiming warranty. Under the circumstance of unable to provide   proof of purchase, ZTE reserves the right to refuse the service with respect   to the warranty claim.
     What is not covered by this Warranty ?
     What this warranty does not cover:
     Defects or damages resulting from the misuse of this product.
     Defects or damages from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage,   exposure to moisture, dampness or corrosive environments, unauthorized   modifications, unauthorized repair, neglect, rough handling, abuse, accident,   alteration, improper installation, incorrect voltage application, food or   liquid spillage, acts of God.
     Normal wear and tear of the equipment or normal aging of equipment.
     If the Product has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than a   warranty service centre or if it is repaired using unauthorized spare   parts.
     If the serial number or mobile accessory date code has been removed,   erased, defaced, altered or are illegible in any way subject to sole judgment   of manufacturer.
     ZTE does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or   error-free.
     How to request repair service
     This tutorial will guide you how to request repair service on   “www.ztedevices.com”.
     1, regarding to the items which purchased from “www.ztedevices.com”, if you   need any help, please contact ZTE Support Center via email/hotline/Live   Chat.
     2, If you need the repair service, please submit a “Repair Service” sheet   via “repair application”, our customer service will contact you at the first   time and tell you the corresponding repair guide.
     3, Regarding to the out of warranty repair, the customer needs to pay the   round-trip shipping cost, ZTE Authorized Service Centers will provide the   quotation to you for confirmation after receiving and checking the device,   ZTE Authorized Service Centers will start to repair after you paid the out of   warranty service fee. 
     4, ZTE Authorized Service Center will send the device to you as soon as the   repair is completed.
     5, ZTE will not take any responsibility for the failure of delivery due to   incorrect information.
     6, You may use the waybill Number to track shipping status.
     LIMITED WARRANTY
     TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR   SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST MANUFACTURER AND MANUFACTURER'S SOLE AND   EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF DEFECTS IN PRODUCT. HOWEVER, THIS LIMITED   WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCLUDE NOR LIMIT ANY OF YOUR LEGAL (STATUTORY) RIGHTS   UNDER THE APPLICABLE NATIONAL LAWS.
     TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW MANUFACTURER'S DOES NOT ASSUME   ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, FOR ANY LOSS OF   PROFIT, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCTS OR FUNCTIONALITY, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF   REVENUES OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFIT, INCREASED COSTS OR EXPENSES OR FOR   ANY INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE. TO THE EXTENT
