Some hotspots cannot be searched:

Case 1: A mobile phone of a non-local version is used (for example, a mobile phone of a domestic version is used overseas, or a mobile phone of an overseas version is used in China).

1. Different countries use different Wi-Fi network channels. It is recommended that you insert a local phone card into the local network and then try to search for hotspots.

2. Check whether the hot frequency band of the search is consistent with that supported by the mobile phone. If the mobile phone only supports 2, 4G Wi-Fi, it is impossible to find the 5G Wi-Fi hot spot. Set the hot spot to 2, 4G frequency band and try again.

3. If a hotspot cannot be found after the local network is registered, it may be a hotspot with a hidden hotspot name (hidden SSID). You can directly obtain the name and password of the hidden hotspot and manually add the network, or disable the hidden hotspot function of the router.

4. If the hotspot still cannot be found, change the router channel and try to find the connection again.

5. If the problem cannot be solved by using the above method, please back up materials and try to restore the factory settings. If the problem cannot be solved, please carry the purchase invoice and go to the site for repair.

Scenario II: Mobile phones of the local version are used.

1. Check whether the hot frequency band of the search is consistent with that supported by the mobile phone. If the mobile phone only supports 2, 4G Wi-Fi, it is impossible to find the 5G Wi-Fi hot spot. Set the hot spot to 2, 4G frequency band and try again.

2. Maybe the hot spot hides the hot spot name (hidden SSID). Directly obtain the hot spot name and password to manually add the network, or disable the router to hide the hot spot function.

3. Change the frequency band and channel settings of the router. 2. 4G Wi-Fi recommends that the channel should be set as 1, 6 and 11 channels, while 5G Wi-Fi suggests that the channel should be set as 149.

4. If the problem cannot be solved by using the above method, please back up materials and try to restore the factory settings. If the problem cannot be solved, please carry the purchase invoice and go to the site for repair.
