If the latest version cannot be searched for after an online upgrade, it is recommended that you perform the following operations to update the version:
1. Switch to another mobile data network or WLAN network, and then check and update the software. After the upgrade package is checked, it is recommended that the upgrade package be downloaded in the WLAN environment to avoid additional costs caused by mobile traffic.
2. If the latest upgrade package still cannot be found, select Settings > Applications and Notifications. View all applications. The system processes are displayed. Find System Update > Storage. Then, click Delete Data and clear the cache, and check the update.
3. If the latest upgrade package still cannot be found, please back up the mobile phone data, enter the erecovery mode to repair the system and try again to check the update.
Steps: Power off the computer. Connect the computer with a data cable and press the Volume Up key and Power key simultaneously to enter the erecovery mode. Download and update the system according to the prompt on the interface.
