Procedures of repair

This tutorial will guide you how to request repair service on "ztedevices.com".

1, Regarding to the items which purchased from ".ztedevices.com", if you need any help, please contact ZTE Support Center via email/hotline.

2, If you need the repair service, please submit a "Repair Service" sheet via "repair application", our customer service will contact you at the first time and tell you the corresponding repair guide.

3, Regarding to the out of warranty repair, the customer needs to pay the round-trip shipping cost, ZTE Authorized Service Centers will provide the quotation to you for confirmation after receiving and checking the device, ZTE Authorized Service Centers will start to repair after you paid the out of warranty service fee.

4, ZTE Authorized Service Center will send the device to you as soon as the repair is completed.
