WLAN Connection Failure, how to solve it?
1. If the Wi-Fi hot spot is an encrypted hot spot, please enter the correct password, which is case sensitive.
2. Check whether the name and password of the Wi-Fi hotspot are changed. If yes, reconnect and enter the correct password.
3. Place the mobile phone within a valid distance from the hotspot. If the distance is too long, the signal will be weak and the mobile phone will be automatically disconnected.
4. Some public hotspots need to be logged in to through Web pages. For details, refer to the hotspot provider.
5. If the Wi-Fi hotspot has reached the maximum number of device connections, new devices cannot be counted. You need to modify the hotspot settings.
6. If the Wi-Fi hotspot connection always shows you are obtaining an IP address, you can attempt to access it by setting a static IP address.
7. If the problem still exists, turn on the Wi-Fi switch or restart the Wi-Fi hotspot.
