Whether the GPS function of the mobile phone is charged or consumes traffic

When a mobile phone only uses GPS for positioning, no charge or traffic is charged. However, to improve the precision of positioning, the mobile phone will connect to the mobile network or WLAN network for auxiliary positioning (that is, AGPS), which may consume a small amount of mobile network traffic. At the same time, when you use navigation software to search for practical information, browse maps online, or plan routes, mobile data traffic is consumed.
It is recommended that you download and use offline maps, and update them regularly in a WLAN environment to reduce traffic consumption.
