What to do if you forget the PIN code?
The PIN code of a mobile phone is a security measure to protect the SIM card from theft. If the power-on PIN code is enabled, you need to enter a 4-digit PIN code after power-on. If you enter a wrong PIN code for three times, the mobile phone will lock the card automatically and prompt you to enter the PUK code to unlock the card. If you enter the PUK code incorrectly for ten times, the card will be burnt. You must take the valid ID of the master of the mobile phone to the store of the operation network to make up the card. When you encounter PUK code unlocking, call the customer service hotline of the operator. The customer service will notify you of the initial PUK code. After you enter the PUK code, you will unlock the PIN code.
