What is VOLTE?

VoLTE stands for Voice over LTE, which is a voice service based on IMS. It is essentially different from 2G/3G voice call. VoLTE is an end-to-end voice solution based on all-IP in the 4G network. Compared with 2G/3G voice call, VOLTE HD voice has the following advantages:
1. The waiting time for connection is shorter, and it is not necessary to fall back from 4G to 2G/3G.
2. Voice quality is higher and more natural. HD voice and video coding are introduced, and voice quality is obviously improved.
3. Some products can provide HD video calls.
