What if the keys on the mobile phone fail?

If the power key or volume key is invalid, it is recommended that you check whether the text lock screen or other third-party lock screen software is installed on the mobile phone. You can also check whether the power key is valid on other screens. If the fault is caused by a third-party software, the key menu cannot be displayed only on an interface, and other interfaces are normal.
If the problem persists, carry the invoice for purchasing the mobile phone to ZTE after-sales service offices for detection.
