1. When some third-party applications are used, the touchscreen is not sensitive. Make sure that only the mobile phone software is updated to the latest version, and that third-party applications are also updated to the latest version. The design of some third-party applications may result in imsensitive touchscreens.
2. Verify that the glove mode is enabled. In this mode, the touchscreen sensitivity is greatly improved, and the screen may be too sensitive, causing jumping. In normal cases, it is recommended that you disable the function.
3. If a blurred screen occurs when an application is used, it is usually because the application is incompatible with the mobile phone system or hardware. Verify that the operating conditions of the application are the same as those of the mobile phone.
4. If the problem still exists after the above operations, possibly there is a hardware problem with the touchscreen. Back up the data in advance and carry the invoice to the after-sales service point for repair.
