The USB interface of the computer cannot charge the mobile phone.

1. Verify that the data cable is in good contact. Unplug and plug it again.
2. Check whether the data cable is damaged. If yes, replace it.
3. If a desktop is connected, connect the data cable to the rear USB interface on the host, and charge the mobile phone.
4. If a laptop is connected, use a data cable to connect the phone to the USB interface of the laptop. Do not use a USB extension cable. The external USB interface may have insufficient power supply.
After the above operations, the problem still exists. It is recommended that you use the original charger.
