If the mobile phone recharges electricity but the battery level does not increase or decrease, perform troubleshooting in accordance with the following methods:
1. Do not use the mobile phone while being charged. Before charging the mobile phone, clean up the back-end applications of the device or power it off. When the mobile phone is being charged, if the program is running or the system has a high power consumption problem, the input current of the charger may not be enough to offset the power consumption of the mobile phone. In some cases, if the power consumption is not increased during charging, the charging may become lower.
2. Do not use the USB interface on your PC or vehicle to charge your mobile phone. It is recommended that you use the ZTE standard charger. The output current of the PC or vehicle-mounted USB interface is very low and unstable. If the output current is too low, the battery level cannot be increased because the battery level consumed by the mobile phone cannot be offset.
3. Please replace the charger with another one that can charge other mobile phones properly. If the charger can be charged properly, it may be a charger fault. It is recommended that you purchase a standard charger from ZTE after-sales personnel for charging.
4. If the charging is still abnormal, it may be a mobile phone fault. Please back up important data in advance, and carry the purchase invoice to the after-sales service office for troubleshooting.
