Probable causes and solutions:
1. If the connection type is not set correctly, check whether there is a notification indicating that the USB device is connected and the connection type is selected in the notification bar. Select the PC-side software to be connected.
2. Failure to automatically open the adb port necessary for connecting the Manager software: You may try to manually open the adb connection, enter the [Setting – System – Mobile Phone], and click [Version No.] seven times to open the developer option. Select Settings > System > Developer Option > Enable USB Debugging, and select Always allow this computer to be debugged, or select Trust this computer as prompted.
3. If the connection of the USB data cable is abnormal, check whether a notification indicating that the USB cable is connected and the connection type is selected is displayed in the notification bar. If not, the USB cable may not be connected properly. Remove and reconnect the two ends of the data cable, and replace the USB port or data cable. Note that some non-standard charging cables are used as data cables.
4. If the driver is not installed or is abnormal, please check whether there is a notification indicating that the USB is connected and the connection type is selected in the notification bar. If the driver mode is selected, a CD-ROM virtual CD-ROM device will be added to your computer. Please re-install the driver file in this CD-ROM drive and restart your computer.
5. The system management software prevents the installation and startup of the mobile terminal software: Whether the "360" version has been installed or not, and other powerful strategy management software such as the "360" version and the "purification master" version. Such software may interfere with the installation and startup of the mobile terminal management software (only root users can install and use these security management software).
