The mobile phone is not powered on after being installed with the upgrade package.

Try the following method:
1. Verify that the battery level of the mobile phone is not too low (the indicator on the power key is lit red). Power on the mobile phone after charging for half an hour (the indicator flashes when the mobile phone is being charged).
2. If the problem persists, you can perform a Recovery forced upgrade (the data will be cleared).
3. Go to the repair service office for repair.
