The incoming call ring is automatically restored to the default ring.

1. Enter "Settings-Sound-Ringtones," select the ring tone (ring tone) and enter card 1 (or 2)). The pop-up page has three labels: Phone ringtone, Music and Recordings, which correspond to the system ring tone, local music file and recording file respectively. Check which ring tone is your current setting.
2. Verify that the ringtone file has been deleted or moved. If the original path of the file has been changed, reset it.
3. Verify that the SD card can read and write properly. Indicates whether the ringtone file is stored in an external SD card. If the file cannot be read due to card damage, the file cannot be used as a ringtone.
4. Verify that your ringtone file is in a special format or has copyright protection. You can set another music file in the same folder.
