The call cannot be made, and the system prompts that the call cannot be connected.

1. Check whether the third-party software is installed with the incoming call interception function.
2. Contact the customer service personnel of the local operator to check whether the SIM card is in arrears.
3. Check whether the mobile phone has network signals.
4. Check whether the SIM card is damaged. Switch the SIM card to another terminal to make a call. If the SIM card cannot be made on another terminal, the SIM card is faulty. Contact the local operator to change the SIM card. If the SIM card can be made on another terminal, it indicates that the SIM card is faulty. Back up the data and contact ZTE customer service personnel for detection.
