The answering and hanging-up functions are invalid after an incoming call is received.

Try the following methods:
Check whether the film on the screen is thick. It is recommended that the film not exceeding 0.2 mm in thickness be replaced.
Restart your cell phone. Too much software running on the mobile phone may cause no response to the operation.
Back up important data, restore your mobile phone to factory default settings, or upgrade the latest software version and try again.
If the signals of the mobile phone are weak or unstable, there will be no response within a short period of time. Wait patiently or perform operations in an environment with strong network signals.
