Scenario 1: The other party cannot hear.
1. Verify that the call is mute. If the mute switch is turned on, turn off the switch and try again.
2. Verify that the fingers and protective sleeves of the call are not blocked to the microphone hole. If the microphone hole is blocked, remove the block and try again.
3. Verify that the sound inlet of the microphone is clean and blocked. It is recommended that you keep the mobile phone away from thick liquid, such as grease, milk, and drinks.
4. Check the signal strength when the fault occurs. If the signal is weak, move to a place with strong signal and try again.
5. Verify that the voice mailbox function is enabled. The peer end is transferred to the voice mailbox.
6. If the microphone or receiver of the other party is faulty, use the hardware detection function of the ZTE customer service APP. If there is any problem, carry the purchase invoice to the corresponding office for detection.

Scenario 2: You cannot hear.
1. Verify that the earphone is connected. If yes, remove the cable control earphone or close the Bluetooth earphone, and then try again.
2. Check the signal strength when the fault occurs. If the signal is weak, move to a place with strong signal and try again.
3. Verify that the peer end enables the call muting function unintentionally. It is recommended that you try to redial the number after disconnecting the call.
4. Check whether the earpiece or speaker is faulty. Use the hardware detection function of the ZTE customer service APP. If there is any problem, it is recommended that you carry the invoice to the after-sales outlets for detection.
