Slow charging
1. Verify that the data cable, charger, and socket are in good contact. Remove and install the data cable.
2. Check whether the data cable, charger, and socket are damaged. If yes, replace them immediately.
3. Verify that the connectors and jacks are clean. If there is dust, wipe them with alcohol or brush them with a brush.
4. Verify that the original charger is not used. The small-load charger or computer USB interface has charging current limit, which is usually 500 mA, so the charging time will be longer. It is recommended that you use the original charger.
5. If you are using your smartphone, it will consume a part of electricity. In addition, the smartphone is designed with a thermal protection solution to adjust the charging current to ensure a comfortable hand-held temperature. In this case, it is normal that the charging is slow.
6. Abnormal power consumption of back-end programs may also cause slow charging and heating. It is recommended that you use the palmtop manager to clean the back end.
7. After the above operations, the problem still exists. Please carry the invoice for device purchase to the after-sales service point for repair.
