Probable Cause for MMS Sending/Receiving Failure and Solution

The probable causes are as follows:
1. The network status or signal quality is poor, resulting in an MMS sending failure. Retry sending later.
2. The system cannot process MMS messages because the network is busy. Packets fail to be sent. Retry sending later.
3. The recipient number is incorrectly entered, resulting in a sending failure. Check whether the recipient number is correct. If not, correct the error, and then resend an MMS message.
4. The number of edited MMS messages exceeds 300 KB. Delete some MMS message contents to make the MMS message smaller than 300 KB and try again.
5. Data fails to be sent due to arrears.
6. If the memory of a mobile phone is insufficient, the mobile phone cannot receive MMS messages. Release the memory of the mobile phone to make the remaining space larger than 300 K.
