Not receiving call notification/calling ringtone

1. Verify that the mobile phone is in mute status. If yes, turn up the volume.
2. Verify that the current network signals are normal. If the signal is weak or there is no signal, try again in a place with strong signals.
3. Verify that the non-spoofing mode is enabled. Click < Settings-Sound-Do Not Disturb > to view the result.
