Noise on the speaker during the concert

If there is a snowflake noise near your ear, it is normal. To improve the loudness of the loudspeaker, the SNR decreases. If the handset is not faulty, you can listen to the noise at a distance of 10 cm away from the phone. If there is no obvious snowflake noise, it indicates that the handset is operating properly.
Play the built-in ringtone to check whether the ringtone is normal. If yes, it indicates that the tone source is faulty.
If the problem persists, carry the purchase invoice to ZTE after-sales outlets to check whether it is a quality problem.
