1. Restart the mobile phone, and remove and install the earphone again. Sometimes, if there are too many programs running, the software cannot identify the earphone that has been inserted.
2. If there is any liquid, dust, or other foreign objects near the earphone jack, the recognition will also be affected. You can dip a cotton swab into alcohol and rotate the earphone jack (the plug or jack may be oxidized) to clean it, and then insert it again.
3. If there is still some problem, please back up the data and take the handset purchase voucher to the ZTE after-sales service office for repair.
