No 4G display, no 4G Internet access, no 4G registration, only 3G or 2G

There is no 4G signal on a 4G mobile phone. The probable causes are as follows:
1. There is no local 4G signal coverage or poor signal quality.
2. The data switch is not enabled. You can select it from the drop-down list.
3. The network type is not 4/3/2 preferred. Select Setting > Network&Internet > Dual-Card Setting > Network Mode.
4. The 4G SIM card is not used.
The SIM card of 5.4 G has not provisioned the 4G service.
6. Other software and hardware problems.
If all the above problems still exist, you need to restore the factory settings by backing up data.
