If the system prompts "Authentication failed" when connecting to a hotspot, what can I do if the connection fails?

1. It is recommended that you check whether the entered password is correct. Pay attention to the special characters in Chinese and English. It is recommended that you select Show Password (the eye icon on the right of the password text box) when entering a password.
2. If you confirm that you entered the correct password, it is recommended that you first change the router password to a pure number, such as "12345678."
3. If the ID authentication fails after the router is modified to pure number, it is recommended that you restart the mobile phone.
