If the software cannot be downloaded or installed, the progress bar is displayed as 0.
1. Check whether the network itself is faulty. You can open a browser to check whether you can browse web pages properly.
2. Check whether the Play store is of the latest version. If not, try installing the latest version.
3. Close the app store and try to open it again.
4. Go to Settings--Apps--SEE ALL XX APPS-Google play Store-Storage&cache-CLEAR CACHE.
5. Restart your cell phone.
