If the headset does not send a call, but the other party cannot hear (the MIC is silent), what can I do?

1. Check whether the original ZTE earphone is used (the earphone must be designed with an insulating ring). If a non-ZTE earphone is used, the MIC may be muted due to a short circuit, or the MIC may be identified as a three-segment earphone and become invalid. The MIC can be restored only after you remove and insert it again. It is recommended that you use ZTE headphones.
2. If it is a ZTE earphone, ensure that the earphone is inserted firmly.
3. If the headset still has problems, check the ZTE office.
