I can't hear the sound when I make a call

1. Verify that the earphone is connected. If yes, remove the cable control earphone or close the Bluetooth earphone, and then try again.
2. Check the signal strength when the fault occurs. If the signal is weak, move the mobile phone to a place with strong signal and try again.
3. Verify that the peer end enables the call muting function unintentionally. It is recommended that you try to redial the number after disconnecting the call.
4. Check whether the earpiece or speaker is faulty. Contact ZTE customer service for detection.
