How to Handle the Downlink Noise in the Hand-Free Mode?

1. Verify that the speaker is not too close to your ears in the hands-free position.
2. Verify that there is no noise when playing external music. If there is any noise, log in to ZTE Cares-DETECT to test whether the functions of the external play, earpiece, microphone and earphone are normal.
