Solution:
1. Check whether the film is pasted on the handset and whether the film is obstructed from the sound outlet of the earpiece on the top of the handset. If yes, the volume of the earpiece will be affected.
2. Verify that no foreign object or viscous liquid is accumulated at the corresponding opening. It is recommended that you keep the mobile phone away from sticky liquid. If yes, clean it up or go to a store for repair.
3. Play a loud ringtone, and check whether the alarm is cleared. It is recommended that you replace the music file and try again.
4. When playing music, press the volume up key to turn up the volume.
