Read the Bluetooth earphone manual carefully. Match the Bluetooth earphone with the mobile phone, and verify that the battery level is sufficient.
The Bluetooth earphone is enabled and can be searched for.
Within the effective distance (10 m) between the bluetooth equipment and there is no obstacle blocking and interference.
If conditions permit, a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone can be prepared to remove the fault.
Solution:
Verify that the Bluetooth earphone supports the music listening function. Mono Bluetooth headset, which may not support listening to music.
Check whether the media audio switch of the Bluetooth device is turned on. Select Settings > Associated Device > Bluetooth. In the paired device list, click next to the Bluetooth headset name. The connected Bluetooth headset details are displayed. Turn on the media audio switch, or reconnect the headset.
If the above method does not solve your problem, connect another mobile phone to the Bluetooth earphone, and check whether there is any similar problem. If the problem persists, the Bluetooth earphone may be faulty. Contact the Bluetooth earphone manufacturer.
If there is no similar problem, your mobile phone may be faulty. Please back up important data in advance, and carry the purchase invoice to ZTE after-sales service offices for troubleshooting.
