Why does my 4G phone often display only 3G or G signals without 4G signals?
The 4G networks of operators are in the construction and optimization stage, and cannot cover all areas. For example, in an area not covered by the 4G network of China Mobile, you can access the Internet through a 3G or 2G network.
Why is there no 4G signal?
On the home screen, you can open the notification panel and check whether the 4G switch is turned on. If not, click to enable the 4G data service. If there is still no 4G signal, you can dial 10086 (or other operator service number) to ask whether your area covers the 4G network.
Why is my 4G speed not so fast?
The actual rate may be limited by the on-site environment such as 4G signal strength and radio interference, and the bandwidth of the server that you access, which may not be able to reach the theoretical rate. However, the network speed will be greatly improved compared with that of 3G networks.
