You cannot hear or hear the other party clearly during the call.

1. Play music on the mobile phone, and check whether the voice is abnormal. If yes, the mobile phone has audio problems.
2. If there is any problem, remove the earphone (through Bluetooth) and check again.
3. When the problem occurs, turn on the hands-free function, and check whether the voice is normal. If yes, it indicates that the audio is faulty.
4. Check the signal strength when the fault occurs. If the signal strength is poor, it indicates that the network coverage is poor. Move to a place with good signals to check whether the signal strength is obviously improved.
