Why the SD card cannot be identified?

1. Please plug in/out the SD card when it is powered off. Hot plugging may cause the microSD card not to be identified or even damage.
2. Try to be standby in black for a period of time, and then light the screen. If the screen still cannot be read, restart the mobile phone.
3. Check whether the sd card is damaged. You can try to read it on a computer or another mobile phone.
4. Verify that the card format and capacity are within the supported range.
