Why is the Send button grey and cannot be clicked after information editing is displayed on my mobile phone?

The sending button of the mobile phone is dimmed, probably because the mobile phone does not recognize the operator's phone card. Please power off the mobile phone and insert the phone again. If you use a clip, it is recommended that you go to the direct-sale point to replace the standard operator's phone card. The clip may cause you to fail to use it.
