Why cannot the screen brightness be adjusted automatically?
1. If the light sensor is blocked by a foreign object, the screen brightness cannot be automatically adjusted. In this case, verify that the light sensor is not blocked.
2. Enter "Settings-Diaplay" to check whether the "Automatic brigtness" switch is turned on.
3. Restart your mobile phone, and then perform the test.
4. After backing up important data, restore your mobile phone to factory default settings or upgrade it.
5. If the problem still exists after the above operations, take the invoice of the handset purchase to the after-sales service point for professional maintenance personnel to handle. Please back up important data in advance.
