Why are mobile phones unable to access the network or use data services?

3. For a dual-card mobile phone, check whether the data volume of the current card is activated. After the data volume is activated, the uplink and downlink arrows are displayed next to the signal bar of the card. You can select Setting > Dual-Card Setting to set the data volume.
4. Shut down the mobile data again.
