The motion track drawn by motion software is not accurate?
This phenomenon occurs when the is located in an area seriously blocked by high-rise buildings or the application is interrupted during operation. Perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. To achieve more accurate navigation or power saving, select the mode with higher accuracy. To enable the function, select Setting > Location Information.
2. To allow the third-party step counting software to operate at the back end, start the third-party step counting software, and select Setting > Battery > Battery Optimization to find the corresponding software. Select Not Optimize.
3. If the above methods cannot solve your problem, please call the customer service of the third-party application to try to solve it.
