The latest version cannot be searched for during the online upgrade of the mobile phone.
If the latest version cannot be searched for after an online upgrade, it is recommended that you perform the following operations to update the version:
1、 switch to other mobile data or Wi-Fi network, and then check the update. After checking the upgrade package, it is suggested to download the upgrade package in the Wi-Fi environment to avoid additional costs caused by mobile traffic.
2、 fails to find the latest upgrade package, click Setting > Application Management > System Update > Storage, then click Delete Data and Clear Cache, and then check whether the upgrade of the upgrade package is performed in batches. If not, wait a period of time for verification. 4. If the version of the server is too low, the company may have removed the early upgrade package. In this case, the upgrade cannot be performed through online upgrade, and you need to upgrade the version at the after-sales service center of ZTE.
