How to deal with the low voice from the earpiece?
1. During the conversation, adjust the tone volume+ to increase the volume.
2. Move the mobile phone so that the earpiece faces the ear.
3. Verify that the film sticker, toughened film, and handset cover block the earpiece above the handset.
4. It is not recommended that you use a large amount of metal powder in the environment. The magnetic materials of the earpiece will absorb the powder, resulting in a low sound.
5. In a noisy environment, the noise of the background can easily cover the sound of the earpiece. Please talk in a quiet place.
7. Check whether the hardware of the mobile phone is faulty at ZTE Cares-DETECT-Headset.
If the problem persists, please back up the data, and carry the handset purchase voucher to ZTE after-sales offices for test and repair.
