Failure to connect the mobile phone via the OTG cable
Probable causes and solutions:
1. Please confirm whether your mobile phone supports the OTG function. The OTG function requires hardware design. Not all Android models support the OTG function by default.
2. Check whether the connected microSD card is in FAT format and whether it exceeds the maximum SD capacity supported by the mobile phone.
3. When the OTG cable is connected to the USB storage device, the mobile phone supplies power to the USB storage device. However, the current driving capability of the mobile phone is limited, and the USB mobile hard disk with high power supply requirement may not be identified. You can try to have a USB device with independent power supply.
