Compress or decompress a file

With file management, a single file or multiple files can be compressed into a .zip packet, thus saving the storage space of the mobile phone and facilitating file transfer.
1. Open the File Explorer page. On the File Explorer page, select a mobile phone or SD card.
2. Press and hold and select the file or folder to be compressed. Click the three dots icon at the lower right corner. Select Compress.
3. Edit the file name of the compressed package, and select the storage directory of the compressed package. The selected file will be compressed into a .zip package.
